Quick Links - increased recipients

Using Quick Links for multiple customers becomes more convenient with our latest update.

We initially launched Quick Links for merchants that did not have an e-commerce website. If you don’t know what a Quick Link is, read about it here

The simplicity of being able to send a Quick Link through email, Whatsapp or Instagram meant that uptake has been very strong among those in the conversational commerce space. With a Quick Link, your customer can pay you online using their credit or debit card, without a merchant from making the investment in creating an e-commerce website.

Gym owners offering online classes, personal tutors and even doctors are now using Safepay to receive online payments using Quick Links.

Previously, you would have to generate separate Quick Links, copy and paste these into separate emails and send these individually to each customer one by one (which could be quite tedious….). Not anymore. We’ve now added a new feature to Quick Links to make them even more convenient. You can now generate one Quick Link and send this directly from your merchant dashboard to up to 10 separate recipients by email.

The same great functionality of your Safepay dashboard still applies, so you can monitor which Quick Links have been paid and which are outstanding. Once you have created and sent these links, you will be redirected to your Quick Links dashboard.
